SARAH BONNELL

Sarah joined the Believe and Achieve Paediatric Therapy team as a paediatric counsellor and art therapist in June 2025. 

Sarah is an experienced counsellor and art therapist who brings a warm, creative, and play-based approach to her work with children and young people. She integrates a range of art mediums and play-based therapies to support emotional regulation, helping each child to express themselves in ways that feel natural and engaging.

Sarah is passionate about helping children develop emotional regulation skills, such as identifying feelings, managing big emotions, and building calming strategies. Her sessions are tailored to each child’s needs and interests, creating a safe space to build resilience and confidence through play and art.
