Paediatric Speech Pathologist

Are you a Speechie who is passionate about working with children and families, not just for them? Are you keen to give little people big voices?

At Believe and Achieve Paediatric Therapy, we do things differently.

We’re a small, heart-led allied health practice in Campbelltown NSW offering occupational therapy, early childhood intervention, and group therapy - and we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team!

We support children aged 0 to 13 years with a wide range of strengths, needs, and lived experiences. Whether it’s communication, feeding, social interaction, or literacy — we believe therapy should feel safe, joyful, and meaningful. Our sessions are guided by connection, child-led interests, and a belief in every child's right to be heard and understood.

At Believe and Achieve, we don’t just do therapy — we build relationships, celebrate neurodiversity, and create spaces where children can thrive just as they are.

This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a real difference, every single day.

If you’re a Speech Pathologist who is ready to feel valued, supported, and inspired in your work, we’d love to hear from you.

Are you passionate about helping children to believe in themselves and achieve their goals?

What we are Looking For

What we are Looking For

We’re searching for someone who shares our heart for working with children and families — someone who is kind, compassionate, and committed to making a difference. If the list below sounds like you, we’d love to connect:

• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
You’re dedicated to playful, purposeful work and understand that every child is unique, capable, and worthy of respect.

• A commitment to learning and growth
You’re open to exploring a variety of evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches.

• Professional requirements in place (or a willingness to obtain):

  • Paid Working With Children Check (NSW)
  • Current NSW Police Check
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

• Knowledge of paediatric assessment tools and confidence in administering them
You’re familiar with common speech and language assessments — and you feel comfortable using them to inform meaningful, individualised support for children and families.

• A team player with the ability to work independently
You enjoy working alongside others but also feel confident planning and managing your own caseload.

• Strong communication skills — with big hearts and little ones
You can connect easily with children, families, and professionals, and you’re comfortable communicating both in writing and in conversation.

• Experience with the NDIS (preferred but not essential)
Familiarity with NDIS reporting, goal-setting, and family-centred practice is a bonus — but support and guidance will be provided if you’re still learning.

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Some mobile services may be part of your week, so the ability to travel locally is helpful.
