Caitlin joined the Believe and Achieve Paediatric Therapy team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in July 2020. In July 2021, Caitlin went on maternity leave and returned to the Believe and Achieve Paediatric Therapy team as an Occupational Therapist in March 2022.
Caitlin has experience working with children who are neurodivergent (Autistic, AuDHD and ADHD), children who have spina bifida, down's syndrome, children with a history of trauma, traumatic brain injuries, ODD and sensory processing difficulties.
As a mum herself, Caitlin understands and values the importance of working collaboratively with families.
Caitlin has wanted to be a paediatric occupational therapist since she was 7 years old. As Caitlin followed her older brother through his occupational therapy journey, she saw the impact that occupational therapy made in his life and wanted to do the same for other children and their families.
Since welcoming her youngest child who has spina bifida, Caitlin has developed a passion for helping children and families who live with physical disabilities.
Caitlin graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy (BHSc, MOT) in 2021.
Caitlin is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
