SARAH

Sarah joined the Believe and Achieve Paediatric Therapy team as a paediatric psychotherapist and art therapist in June 2025. 

Sarah is an experienced psychotherapist and art therapist who brings a warm, creative, and play-based approach to her work with children and young people. 

As a dedicated psychotherapist, Sarah thrives on helping children and young people express themselves and grow through nurturing, individualised support. Her therapeutic approach combines creativity and playful exploration, allowing clients to connect with their feelings in a safe and supportive environment.

Sarah's approach is centred in strength-based and relational practices. She believes all children have the innate ability to reach their own potential, and with the right support, tools and guidance they can foster insight, build skills and gain the confidence to thrive.  

Sarah is passionate about building strong, supportive relationships with children to help them grow and thrive. She believes in the power of art in all its forms to support self-expression, build confidence, and help children better understand themselves.

Sarah is passionate about creating thoughtful, personalised therapy plans that are tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals. She uses approaches that are culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and attachment-affirming. As a parent herself, Sarah values working closely with families to support their child’s development, helping each child build confidence, grow emotionally, and reach their full potential.
