OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

$210.16

Billed as 65 minutes of therapy time: 

• 45 minutes of face to face therapy time 

• 5 minutes for verbal / written handover with parent(s) / carer(s)

• 15 minutes for documentation and preparation of future sessions. 


For mobile therapy sessions, travel is billed at $1.61 per minute, in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. 

KEY WORKER / EARLY INTERVENTION

$210.16

Billed as 65 minutes of therapy time: 

• 45 minutes of face to face therapy time 

• 5 minutes for verbal / written handover with parent(s) / carer(s)

• 15 minutes for documentation and preparation of future sessions. 


For mobile therapy sessions, travel is billed at $1.61 per minute, in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. 

PSYCHOTHERAPY

$195.20

Billed as 75 minutes of therapy time: 

• 45 minutes of face to face therapy time 

• 5 minutes for verbal / written handover with parent(s) / carer(s)

• 25 minutes for documentation and preparation of future sessions. 


For mobile therapy sessions, travel is billed at $1.30 per minute, in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. 


THERAPY ASSISTANCE (LEVEL 2)

$151.88

Each session includes 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy, and 25 minutes is allocated to preparation, documentation and planning for future sessions. 


An additional 30 minutes is dedicated to supervision and collaboration with a qualified therapist, who oversees each therapy plan, reviews progress, and supports the development of tailored treatment approaches.


For mobile therapy sessions, travel is billed at $0.72 per minute, in line with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. 

MOBILE SESSIONS

For all mobile therapy sessions, an additional 15 minutes of therapy will be billed to cover the additional preparation, planning time and adjustments required for off-site sessions, including: 


• Preparing resources and mobile therapy kits

• Finding parking, navigating unfamiliar environments, and managing sign-ins for school / daycare visits 

• Adapting sessions to suit varied home, school, and community settings


Travel time is charged per minute and is billed up to a maximum of 30 minutes. 

JUNIOR ACHIEVERS

$1100.00

Cost for Junior Achievers is per term. Invoices are issued weekly ($110.83 per week). 


Sessions run for 50 minutes of hands on therapy and 15 minutes is allocated to documentation and preparation for the next session. 


OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSESSMENT

$1,163.94

Our occupational therapy assessments assess the following skills: 

  • Motor skills 
  • Daily living skills (ADLs)
  • Social skills
  • Sensory processing 


Cost includes assessment administration, scoring and a comprehensive report.

SENSORY PROCESSING MEASURE / SENSORY PROFILE ONLY

$193.99

A standardised assessment questionnaire is issued electronically to determine if your child experiences sensory processing difficulties. 


Included is an automated report outlining your child's results. 


Additional costs for specific recommendations apply.

FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT

$2,909.85

Our functional capacity assessments (FCA) assess the following skills: 

  • Fine and gross motor skills 
  • Daily living skills (ADLs and IADLs)
  • Social skills
  • Sensory processing 
  • Observational assessments at home and school 
  • Adaptive behaviour assessment (Vineland 3) 
  • Other assessments at request 

ADOS-2 or MIGDAS-2 ASSESSMENTS

$2,133.89

We offer neuro-affirming assessments that provide a deeper understanding of your child's unique neurotype. 


The assessments will be conducted by our Occupational Therapist, Ruby, who is formally trained in administering and scoring these tools. 


For a formal Autism diagnosis to be confirmed, your child will require a review with their treating paediatrician or psychologist.

NDIS Reports / Progress Reports

2 hours

A progress report required by the NDIS to summarise: 

  • Supports and intervention provided during the plan period 
  • Current progress 
  • Current needs 
  • Potential future goals and support needs 
  • Equipment recommendations 
  • Recommendations for other therapy types 


These reports are billed at 2 hours  of the usual line item for therapy.
